Accuro Rivanna Handheld Portable Ultrasound is in excellent cosmetic condition. The unit does power on and I was able to go through all of the menu options, however when trying to view the image it only shows a small sliver of a picture at the bottom of the screen. (see pics). We believe the ultrasound imaging is actually working if you can figure out how to view it. For this reason it is being sold as parts/repair.

The unit does hold a charge, but the battery condition is unknown and unwarranted. The ultrasound is used for epidural location. The screen does show that it can be used in Lumbar, Bone and Tissue modes.

Manufacturer's Description

The Accuro is a pocket-sized and battery operated ultrasound instrument. The device is a single self-contained unit consisting of an ultrasound system, ultrasound probe, and rotatable touchscreen display. The instrument provides LUMBAR and THORACIC presets to facilitate epidural and spinal anesthesia imaging guidance with real-time 3D navigation of the lumbar or thoracic spine.

The LUMBAR and THORACIC presets use proprietary technology, called SpineNav3D, to automate spinal bone landmark detection and depth measurements and to assess realtime scan plane orientation in 3D. Accuro ultrasound scans and measurements can be saved in an examination file on the device and exported to a computer for storage or printing.
