The Guide to the 1980s Disc Camera notes that the Kodak Disc 3100 camera was made between 1984 and 1987. Most examples come in black with a copper-coloured faceplate - but this one is a little more special. The red faceplate version was created especially for J.C. Penney, a popular American department store chain.
