Usage Instructions
Installing the Bur
Insert a standard bur (shank diameter Φ1.595-Φ1.600 mm) into the handpiece chuck. Use the bur wrench to push it to the bottom and ensure it is properly seated. Before use, run the handpiece without a bur for 1-5 seconds to verify smooth operation.
Bur Selection
Do not use bent, damaged, or non-concentric burs. Only use burs that comply with ISO standards (shank diameter Φ1.595-Φ1.600 mm).
Bur Removal and Installation
Removal: Align the bur wrench with the inner hole of the head cap and push vertically downward to release the bur.
Installation (bur with working end diameter >1.5 mm): Insert the bur shank into the shaft hole and push it firmly to the top position.
Installation (bur with working end diameter ≤1.5 mm): Follow the same procedure, ensuring the bur shank is fully inserted and seated.
Product Structure and Applications
This product is a pneumatic high-speed dental handpiece designed primarily for drilling and other dental procedures. It consists of a handle, head assembly, and air/water connector. The head contains a turbine shaft, turbine, and bearings, while the handle houses the air and water channels. The turbine shaft is equipped with a bur chuck compatible with burs of shank diameter Φ1.595-Φ1.600 mm.
