The consoles power on but the ribbon cables scratch discs on both. Both units powered on and loaded and played a PS2 game but both games ended up scratched from the ribbon cable. I stopped testing after that so there may be other issues I'm not aware of. Please see photos for actual condition. Does not include Cables, AC Adapters, Games, Memory Cards or Controllers.
