NM 9.4 — A very well-preserved comic with strong eye appeal. Expect only minor wear and a few small manufacturing or handling flaws, but nothing that distracts from the cover or story.

The last surviving presidents of five destroyed Earths now live on the final remaining world, reborn as the superhero team Crisis Command. When a murdered “John Doe” turns out to be the literal embodiment of Empathy, they’re pulled into a multiversal conspiracy threatening reality itself. This debut issue sets up the ideacide mystery, the American Individuality Act, and the high-concept, political sci-fi tone of the 12-issue series

Key Details:
  • First issue of the 12-issue Commanders in Crisis maxi-series from Image Comics.
  • Introduces the Crisis Command team and the core “death of compassion / ideacide” storyline.
  • Regular Davide Tinto Cover
Storyline:
On a world that has absorbed the last surviving presidents from five destroyed Earths, a new super-team—Crisis Command—is formed to protect the final remaining reality. When a mysterious murder victim is revealed to be the literal embodiment of Empathy, the team uncovers a plot aimed at tearing society apart through engineered “ideacide.” Their investigation pulls them into political tensions, multiversal fallout, and a rising force threatening to erase humanity’s last hope.
