The kit successfully eliminates the “P17BF problem”*, common for DSG 7 transmission

⦁ Dq200 Dsg7 eliminates aluminum plate cracking, breaking and loosening problems, which are chronic malfunctions in advanced transmissions, and new generation hydraulic accumulator failures developed with the DSGKITRONIC brand.

⦁ Since the aluminum plate is an aluminum alloy material, its expansion coefficients are higher.

⦁ Since the hydraulic accumulator is a steel alloy material, its expansion coefficient is less than aluminum. Therefore, as the aluminum expands more, a loosening problem may occur.

⦁ Since mechatronics works between 42-60 bar, capillary vessels and large cracks occur due to stretching. Therefore, the more the hydraulic pump motor runs, the more current it draws, which can cause board failures.

⦁ Due to pressure losses, the life of the pressure liner is shortened. Since the 24 bar N2 gas sealing elements in the original hydraulic accumulator wear out over time, the pressure inside decreases over time and the vehicle does not give a fault code and does not fully fulfil its duty.
