We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the product.

We REUSE photos from previously sold items so depending on the listing, the item you get will be identical but might have a different serial number. Any return made due to the serial number not matching the photos will be subject to our 15% restocking fee.

We ship internationally, ONLY through eBay International Shipping Program.

Warranty Information

We offer products at a discounted rate, allowing customers to get a great deal without a warranty outside of our 30 day return period. Customers purchasing Certified Open Box New items will automatically receive a 1 Year Protection Plan through Allstate. If you have an issue, please contact us through eBay first before leaving feedback. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal! If there is a problem with the product, you must contact us within 30 days of arrival so that we may resolve the issue within your warranty period. Our support team is solely email-based and they respond to each email within 1 business day. 

Because iMaxPricesLLC provides customers unbeatable prices with low margins, we must take a 15% restocking fee for any non-defective returns. SO, if you receive the product and do not want it, we will automatically take 15% out of the total amount before refunding the rest of your money. If the item is in used or any other condition other than how we shipped it, order is subject to up to 50% deduction.

Return shipment cost is free if a defect is proven. We do not have the means to reimburse already-purchased postage.

VERY IMPORTANT! If you return an item not properly packaged we will return an item to you without a refund.  Item must be packed in the exact same way as we did. We always put tons of bubble wrap or other protective material to avoid any damage during shipping.

Do not attempt to repair the item on your own. This will void the return policy. We will not issue a full refund if we discover that the item is not returned in the same exact condition it was sent.
