A pair mid 20th century gold-plated sterling silver 925s cufflinks with an abstract design of an aerial view of Norwegian Farmland.

This is from a series designed for the David-Andersen company in 1959 by Thorbjørn Lie-Jørensen and depicts an abstract landscape where each season of the year has a different colour palette.

This is the Autumn design.

Produced by the Norwegian goldsmith company David Andersen from 1959 through the early 1960s.

The cufflinks are marked D-A (for David-Andersen), Sterling Norway 925s. David Andersen pieces from this era were routinely gold-plated with 24c gold.

In excellent vintage condition. The enamel is in excellent condition with just some light patina to the metal.

The cufflinks are approximately 22mm x 15mm.
