Beautiful creamer and open sugar that are Electroplated Nickel Silver (E.P.N.S.).  In great, used condition.  Please see pictures for the level of tarnish and there is old tape on the bottoms.  Measurements ~ 5-5.5 x 2.5-3 x 3.25"
