Greetings,    These items will come to you in outstanding used condition.   You will not be disappointed. No tears upon arrival. The front derailleur is a braze on and a 34.9 clamp is included. 

 You will notice very minor wear from age and use. The cosmetic condition is exceptionally strong. Just a little dirt.
 PLEASE look closely at the pictures as they are a part of the description and what you will receive.   There are no structural issues.
