The jaw of a Mosasaur from the Ouled Abdoun Basin in Morocco refers to a fossilized jawbone belonging to an extinct marine reptile from the Cretaceous period. Mosasaurs were apex predators of the ancient oceans, resembling giant, elongated lizards with large, powerful jaws lined with sharp, conical teeth, adapted for hunting fish, marine reptiles, and even other mosasaurs.

Fossils from the Ouled Abdoun Basin are especially well-preserved due to the region's rich phosphate deposits, which have allowed for excellent fossilization of marine life. The Mosasaur jaw, often sought after by collectors, can range in size depending on the species and age, displaying remarkable detail of the animal’s feeding anatomy, such as the tooth rows and bone structure.
