• Photo Confirmation Required: Before returning, please message us with clear photos of the item and its packaging. Any returns without photos will automatically receive a partial refund. Please provide clear photos of the item when received, and again with its packaging before sending it back.

• Used or Damaged Items: Items returned with wear, damage, or missing tags may only qualify for a partial refund.

• Unauthorized or Poor Condition Returns: Returns without approval or photo confirmation may be rejected or refunded at a reduced amount.

• Damages Include: Torn packaging, worn soles, missing tags, opened sealed sets, or any signs of tampering.

• Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Late Returns: Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
