CONDITION NOTES

Tested and working.  The disc has some light surface wear visible, but we've played it and it works great.  The controller has some minor scuffs, including on the d-pad, but also works properly.  The box has some light wear, including some spotty bits on the top flap, and the bottom flap is torn a little.  Manual is in good shape.
