This 28 kW Low-Loss Header (Hydraulic Balancer) is designed to ensure optimal separation between the boiler circuit and the heating circuit. Thanks to its compact size and high-quality sponge insulation, it is ideal for tight plant rooms or installations where every centimetre matters.
Low-loss headers are essential in medium to high-power heating systems, including those with multiple boilers or mixed heating circuits (radiators, underfloor heating, DHW). By separating hydraulic flows, they eliminate pump interference and ensure smooth, independent operation of each circuit.
Built-in air vent and desilter functions improve system reliability and water quality, while the header also protects the boiler against low-temperature return water (preventing low-temperature corrosion).
