The Alternator Heatshield ERR4859 is designed to protect the alternator from excessive heat generated by the exhaust system on Land Rover vehicles equipped with the 300Tdi diesel engine. By shielding the alternator from radiant heat, this component helps prevent premature alternator failure, electrical issues, and reduced charging performance.
