This listing is for Issue #1 of Midnight Tales, released by Charlton Comics in December 1972. I would grade the comic as FN - it has the following minor flaws: minor spine roll, tiny tear at top, one small crease at top-right corner, one longer but very light fold at bottom-right corner, small spine stresses, first two pages were cut a little shorter than rest, minor ink stains from publication on some pages.
