The new collaboration features the same egg-shaped treat split into two halves: one half features the candy and the other hides a collectible toy and a spoon to eat it with.
On the confection side of a Kinder Joy, consumers will find layers of milk cream and cocoa cream, and two crispy wafer bites filled with cocoa cream for a truly creamy, slightly chocolatey treat.
As for the collectible side, this Super Mario collaboration is being boosted with even more Super Star power. Unlike other Kinder Joy toy collabs (like a recent one, which featured nods to Harry Potter), this one with Nintendo goes the extra mile by offering several types of miniatures for fans to collect. From 3D figurines, pen and zipper decorations of legendary characters, Toad Question Block photo and sticky holders, mischievous Boo and Spiny mini clips, and more, this line includes a total of 26 collectibles reimagining the characters, icons and symbols found in the world of Super Mario.
