P.S.: As we see on pictures, the connector of pump is with 4-PIN connector type, which is a bit special.

If it happens that our users find that it is not to do the cable connection, it will be suggested to directly violently cut off the connector:

two sub-cables inside, typically RED +, BLACK -, connecting with matching 24V DC power supply.

Regarding DC85 series pumps, there are some notes (Not only refering to current pump model listed on this page), As follows.

As micro brushless dc pump, it works via electronic commutation while not brush friction, so there exists no loss caused by brush friction. Pump works with relatively high efficiency.

Pump supports continuous long time work with relatively low noise at normal working environment.land use or submersible installation (Some extra attention needs to be paid to, as mentioned in the final clause) can be both OK, but it cannot be self-priming, just make sure that fluid can actively flow passing through inlet/outlet because pump works via centrifugal force of high-speed rotation of impeller inside (push/throw fluid out). No long-time dry work without fluid, or it may damage the pump.

DC 12V or DC 24V power supply (Depending on rated voltage of pump). No direct AC power powering or over-voltage powering.

Do NOT throw the pump or install it violently, as it could damage the pump body. Do NOT throw the pump directly through the cable, to avoid damage of cable. FIX the pump somewhere at work, to avoid its moving at run, causing little in-flow and dry run, though pump has dry-run protection mechanism designed inside.

If it is AC/DC Power adapter, make sure that it can offer sufficient power to pump. (For example, if it is 24VDC 200W pump, then AC/DC power adapter must have output capacity of 24VDC, 10A; if it is 12VDC 80W pump, then AC/DC power adapter must have output capacity of 12VDC, 7A or more.  Otherwise, it is less powerful to run the pump. Other pumps will be applied with similar mechanism.)

Do not directly throw or pick the pump through its cable, since it could damage the cable, especially at connection point between cable and pump body.

IMPORTANT NOTE: It’s MORE recommended that pump is installed at Land use. If really really have to be installed over water, it’s STRONGLY recommended that some more firm waterproof tape is closely wrapped on the TAIL connection with pump body (connection point between cable and pump body), to enhance its water-leakage-proof performance and avoid risk of possible leakage.  

DRY-RUN PROTECTION feature is now equiped in the pump’s design. Pump works at rated voltage: when water flow is gone or in-sufficient, pump will auto access protection mode: run & stop, run & stop, ..., to protect pump’s motor part from being physically damaged from long time extensive friction and heat at continuous dry run; when water flow is back to sufficient status, pump will immediately normally run. This can help avoid that pump can be easily dead when it dry runs for long time. -- It is the NEW feature! (P.S.: Of course, very long time dry run will still need to be avoided by us as users, since pump won't stop but its running sharply slows in this context. )

Return Policy

1. We have 30 days’ warranty for money back. Refund will be issued after returning item has been received.
