📦 Postage & Shipping Terms
Processing Times
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday).
We do not offer same-day dispatch unless specifically advertised.
Postage Services
We offer FREE domestic standard postage on all items.
Free postage is not express.
Buyers requiring express delivery must contact us before purchase (fees apply).
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking will be uploaded to eBay once the item has been shipped.
Buyers may check delivery progress directly via the courier using the tracking number.
Delivery time estimates are provided by the courier—not guaranteed by us.
Courier Delays
Any delays caused by Australia Post or other couriers are beyond our control.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates or compensate for courier-related delays.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Buyers are responsible for ensuring their address is correct.
Parcels returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal may incur:
a postage deduction from the refund
or a re-delivery fee if the buyer requests re-sending.

All fragrances and skincare items sold are 100% genuine, sourced only from authorised distributors.
We do not sell fake, imitation, refill, damaged, or refurbished items.
Product photos may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates in packaging or batches.
Each individual’s skin, body chemistry, and environment may affect how a fragrance or skincare product performs, including longevity, projection, absorption, and results.
Perfume Gift Sets Information
Perfume Gift sets are not sealed with cellophane, unlike individual perfume bottles. This is standard manufacturer packaging and does not indicate that the item has been opened or used
Where applicable, gift sets are sealed by the supplier using plastic packaging or plastic wrap. Packaging may vary depending on the manufacturer and product type
Before Purchase
Buyers should ensure they are purchasing the correct item, especially if:
they have not used the product before
they are sensitive or allergic to certain ingredients
they prefer specific batch codes, packaging versions, or formulations
We do not accept returns for reasons related to change of mind, personal taste, expectations, performance, or skin chemistry, as these vary from person to person.
Packaging Condition Policy
All items sold are brand new and unused unless otherwise stated.
Due to freight handling, storage pressure, and transit movement, outer fragrance packaging (box/cellophane) may occasionally have minor cosmetic imperfections, including but not limited to small dents, creases, scuffs, or slight cellophane looseness.
These are considered minor packaging imperfections only and:
By purchasing from our store, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the possibility of minor outer packaging imperfections. Refunds or returns will not be accepted solely for minor cosmetic damage to the outer box where the fragrance itself remains brand new and unused

Eligible Returns
We accept returns only if the item is:
Incorrect / wrong item sent
Damaged in transit
Faulty
Not as described
In these cases, we will offer a replacement or refund once the item is returned and inspected.
Conditions for Return Approval
Returned items must be:
Unopened, unused and in original sealed packaging
Batch code must match the item sent
Packaging and cellophane must be intact
No signs of opening, spraying, tampering, or testing
Fragrance and skincare items that have been opened, tested, sprayed, swatched, or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Change of Mind or Purchased by Mistake
We do NOT accept returns for change of mind or accidental purchase.
Buyers are responsible for understanding the product before purchasing.
If eBay allows a cancellation under “Order by Mistake,” the item must be sent back sealed and unused.
Postage costs may be deducted (e.g., our original postage cost & packaging cost) even if free shipping was provided.
Items Returned with Different Batch Codes
Returned items must match the exact batch code we shipped.
For the protection of all customers, any mismatch will result in refusal of return.
