The drop shows the diameter, length and how the ends are setup. For example, 3/8" diameter 20" long Sleeve OPEN means that it is 20" long, one end is open and one end has a sleeve.  Ends may be capped, sleeved, open, male, elbowed, etc.

The end pieces may have cord in them that would have to be removed by removing the cap or sleeve. 

pole diameter is 3/8" for all sections

Shipping is pricey as USPS charges are surcharge for items 24" long
