Disc’s surface has a few light scratches inside the visible recorded area, as well as a more obvious scuffed area OUTSIDE the recorded area–so nothing at all worrying. 

I also tested the CDr by playing it all the way through, and it played perfectly.

Insert has some horizontal scuffing likely from the printing process, an imprint to the reverse from the CD holding ring, some other scratches/scuffs, and some edge wear.

Case has scratches/scuffs, and some sticker residue.

In short, noticeably used but the CDr plays perfectly.  Please see included photos.
