All camera devices are fully tested and in excellent working condition, unless otherwise noted.  

If you open a return without communicating the reason with us first, you will automatically be charged 50% of the item cost and be responsible for original and return shipping. Proprietary batteries, if included, are tested to confirm that they fully charge or are noted otherwise.  Fully charged does NOT mean it will HOLD a charge.  It?s always a good idea when buying a camera to plan to buy a new battery or batteries if you want your batteries to hold a charge for a desired length of time. Typically, if we include a battery with your camera and it charges fully, it COULD last you for a while without a replacement.
