This is very nice example of a Vivitar Series 1 - 70-210mm f3.5 Macro Focusing Auto Zoom -manual focusing lens with Multi-Coated glass in Canon FD mount. This lens is a made in Japan series with a metal barrel, and a metal lens mount perfect for Canon FD film cameras (AE-1, AE-1 Program, A-1, T70, T90, AT-1, and more..) and can be adapted to many other cameras (with a proper adapter). This is one of the most loved versions as it was made by Kino Precision - Kiron series of the 70-210mm Series 1 lenses and is know for its great optical quality. and unique design that maintains quality throughout the zoom range and very nice color pick up. Incorporated in this lens is a wonderful macro function that allows for close macro 1:2.2 magnification with zoom ability to allow for nice working distances: perfect for flowers, bugs, eyeballs and more.... This lens offers a fast f3.5 maximum aperture with a range of f3.5-f22.
This lens comes exactly as shown, is in very nice cometic condition and works with very nice quality. The focus works properly, the zoom works properly and engages the Macro function properly. The aperture is very responsive with no oil on the blades. The glass looks good with No scratches, No fungus, some non affecting haze/side rainbowing, light dust, very nice coatings. This lens has been cameras tested with very nice results.
This lens comes with its rear lens Cap and its metal Vivitar Series 1 front lens cap too ...
