1. Find your roof window code

(Please refer to the image in Tab 1 for help locating your window ID code)
2. Enter the code in the Personalisation box at checkout
3. Select the same code from the dropdown menu
4. Choose your preferred colour from the dropdown menu
5. Click Buy It Now or Add to Cart to place your order

 Fast & Secure Delivery  Orders are dispatched in line with the timescales shown on the listing and are carefully packaged to help prevent damage in transit. We offer delivery across the UK and Ireland, with European orders fulfilled via eBays International Shipping Programme. Tracking information will be uploaded once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its progress.

Important Delivery Information: Please ensure all required details are provided at checkout to avoid processing delays. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances. Couriers will usually attempt delivery twice; if delivery is unsuccessful, a calling card will be left. Undelivered items may be held locally for up to 4 days to allow re-arrangement. Orders returned due to missed deliveries or incomplete delivery instructions may be subject to a re-delivery charge.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or modifications for non-defective made-to-measure products. Please ensure all measurements are checked carefully before ordering. For colour accuracy, we strongly recommend requesting a FREE sample prior to purchase. All blinds are supplied with a 12-month guarantee covering manufacturing defects only, giving you confidence in the quality and craftsmanship of your order.
