Condition:  Very good condition.  There are no rips/tears - or stains.  Inside is very clean.  It is one main storage area - and a side outside pocket.  Please view all photos, they are part of the condition.

Return Policy:  30 days.  Buyer pays return shipping, and must be received within 30 days of receipt in same condition.    

Damaged Items:  If your item is damaged - it likely will not need to be returned. However, there are things necessary for refund.  Take several photos of the item, with the original packaging - showing the damage.  This must be sent to me, via Ebay Messages to document the damage - so that I can make a claim.  You will get a refund when this is completed - usually the same day photos are received.  Please take clear in-focus photos.  Damaged items need to be reported ASAP - not within 30 days...30 days is for a "return", not a damaged item.

Handling Time:  1 Business day.  This is not "same day" - it will ship the next business day.  I do not ship on the weekends, or on observed US Postal holidays.  Items bought on Friday - will ship the following Monday, if not a holiday.
