The overwhelming majority of our parts are vintage original parts from the manufacturer that you know will fit right! However, when we purchase collections there are some rare occasions that reproduction parts are part of the lot. When this occurs, we notate those reproduction parts, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

We stand behind all our parts. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we will accept your return. There are a very few select listings where there are known issues. We call those issues out and then even announce that this item is for parts and we are offering it with no returns. We will be clear so you can have healthy expectations going into the buying process.

Absolutely! And we do this on a regular basis for our customers. We want to be sure you’re comfortable and educated throughout the process from purchase to delivery!

We ship Tuesday through Friday so the wait is never long. We utilize a 5-day window for processing your order as we are oftentimes selling items that do not fit in a square box. Every order is unique and so every order has a unique handcrafted box made from recycled cardboard that’s bubble wrapped and double boxed to ensure a safe delivery to your door. Our damage rate is near zero because of the care we take. We will also let you know when your item has shipped, and that a tracking number is available to chart the progress of your order.

Every one of our items is offered through the eBay Global Shipping Program. If you do not see a shipping price available to you, then your home country is blocking its availability. If you contact us, we can provide you with some brokers that may still be able to get that special part to you.
