This is a Stunning and Desirable piece of British Gold and Gemstone Jewellery. Made in 9ct Yellow Gold it is a Statement Ring in an Openwork Wide and Flared Design featuring a Larger Marquise Cut Pink Sapphire to the Centre surrounded by 4 Small Round Ones and then 6 Smaller Marquise Cut Stones beyond that giving a Total Carat Weight for the Pink Sapphires of 1.1ct. There are then 11 Round 0.005ct Diamonds Set in White Gold Detailing both above and below giving a total of 22 Diamonds and 0.11ct. It is Hallmarked on the inside of the shank as photographed with DIA .11 for the Diamonds and their Carat Weight. It is then Fully Hallmarked with PJ for the Maker's Mark, 375 on Scales and 375 for the Gold Purity, the Rose Mark for Sheffield Assay Office and it has been electronically tested at a precious metal refinery to confirm the Gold Content. The Ring weighs 3.6g, is a UK size P or approx. a US size 7 3/4 and the Setting containing the Stones measures 11.5mm wide to the Centre . The Larger Marquise Pink Sapphire measures 6mm long x 3.5mm wide, the Smaller Marquise ones measure 4.5mm long x 2.5mm wide each and the 4 Small Round Ones measure 1.5mm diameter each. The Diamonds measure 1mm diameter each and the band measures 2mm wide to the underneath of the shank. The Ring is part of a collection of Jewellery I bought from a Lady who used to love owning it but hardly ever wore any of the pieces so it is in a used and good condition with no damage and just some minor surface wear.
