How do I know the seat cover will fit my car?
Simply send us clear photos of your seats along with a picture of your VIN sticker. Our team will verify the correct fitment for your vehicle, including the exact trim code.
Will the covers work with factory features such as airbags or heated seats?
Absolutely. Every cover is engineered to support all original seat functions, including power adjustments, thigh extensions, heaters, coolers, and airbags. Keep in mind that airbags and heating elements need to be transferred from your original seat during installation.
What comes with my purchase?
You’ll receive replacement upholstery tailored to your vehicle’s seats. Seat foam and frames are not included, though we do have foam cushions available for certain models—reach out to check availability.
Can I choose the material, color, or stitching?
Yes. We offer a range of materials including genuine leather, synthetic leather, cloth, and Alcantara. We also match OEM colors, stitching, and perforation as closely as possible based on the photos and VIN you provide.
Do you offer custom seat covers?
Custom options in materials and colors are available for many vehicles. Please note that custom orders cannot be returned, so contact us first to review your choices.
Why don’t the covers have pre-cut holes for controls or headrests?
To ensure perfect alignment, we do not pre-cut for controls, headrests, or seatbelt openings. These openings are cut during installation to match your exact seat layout.
What if a clip or connector doesn’t match up?
Some clips may need to be rotated 180° to fit properly. If you’re installing a heating element and the connector looks different, you might need to reuse the original connector. Feel free to reach out to us for guidance.
Can I install the covers myself?
Yes, many customers handle the installation on their own. However, for the best results—especially with seats equipped with airbags or advanced functions—we recommend professional installation.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Every seat cover is custom-made in our Houston, Texas facility. Production typically takes 3–4 business days, and shipping usually takes 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.
Do you ship internationally, and is there a warranty?
Yes, we ship worldwide with full tracking, and all international orders include a 30-day return window. Every cover comes with a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Shipping within the United States is free.
