This listing is for a 1909 billhead from the Ohio Valley Broom Company, a manufacturer of brooms, mops, and laminated handles.  The specific storefront these items were purchased from was in Henderson, Kentucky.

This is an aged, worn, and a bit damaged document.  It does not have any issues that interfere with its historical content, however.  For more condition information, please read my condition description above and refer to my included photographs. 

Shipping is FREE.  The billhead will be sent by USPS.  It will be shipped in a sealed zip lock back supported by box-grade cardboard on either side, all of which will be in an outer poly mailer.  Any international shipping will be handled by eBay using eBay International Shipping, and will cost extra.  My portion will remain free.
