The eagle itsself measures about 10 3/4" tall. 

The arrow measures 23 1/2" long / wide 

It is made of cast aluminum. 

It is NOT new, please expect to see that the "S" and the "N" are not connected...and someone long time ago appears to have welded them back together...but this did not hold up. 

And that the connecting rod is not included
