This is a vintage 1974 J.V. Martin “Secretariat” print from The Triple Crown series (Plate IV, Series of Four). The artwork shows a detailed portrait of the legendary racehorse Secretariat, painted by J.V. Martin and published by JVM in the same year.

The print is set in a heavy, beautifully detailed gold-tone ornate frame that adds a strong vintage character. Frame shows wear consistent with age, including scratches, discoloration on the sides (see photos). The print itself is clean and displays well.

Approximate measurements:

• Frame: about 15.5” × 13.5”

• Visible print area: about 9.5” × 7.5”

A great decorative piece for horse racing collectors, vintage art lovers, or anyone looking to display an iconic part of American racing history.
