OVERVIEW

The Pantera Supertrac M/T is a mud terrain, all season tire manufactured for light trucks.

The tire upgrades the off-road terrain traction with the tread design. The tire footprint features staggered and stepped tread blocks, a high void ratio, open shoulder design and a detailer upper sidewall design which work together to enhance the tire's grip on the road surface. These tread elements ensure the tire's forward motion on soft, loose and uneven terrain surface conditions, without allowing the tire to get stuck on such terrains. The staggered blocks and high void ratio also keep the footprint clean of mud and snow. They eliminate mud and snow stuck between the tread elements, preventing them from blocking the tire's surface contact. In this manner, the tire optimizes its surface grip throughout the drive.

The tread design's optimized footprint also helps resist stone retention. The self-cleaning nature of the tread eliminates rocks stuck in the footprint, before they can drill into the casing and harm the tire. As a result, the tire actively avoids stone retention from harming the casing. The reinforced construction protects the tire against punctures, cuts and other off-road damage which may harm the casing. The durable compound avoids the tread's chipping, cracking and tearing, significantly increasing the usability and tread life. The combination of these enhanced elements actively avoids damage which may shorten the model's service life.

The ideal tread design and the tire's reinforced internal structure upgrade the model's overall controllability. The tread closely follows the terrain surface, while the construction maintains the optimal tire shape under the load and driving pressure. This combination boosts the surface contact throughout the drive, which upgrades the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. In other words, the steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver's instructions, while the structural stability is stability against the driving pressure affecting the model. The strengthened construction does not allow the tire to deform under the load and driving pressure. As a result, the tire is able to easily carry and withstand the weight of heavy loads, boosting the load capacity in the process.

The Supertrac M/T enhances the all weather traction. The tread design and all season compound increase the year round driving safety. The all season compound upgrades the rubber flexibility in versatile conditions, while the tread elements, with the optimal siping detail, increase the grip on the terrain surface during its performance. The stronger overall traction upgrades the dry, wet and winter weather traction the tire offers throughout its lifetime.

The intended purpose of Mud Terrain tire types is off-road use. They are not designed for regular highway driving.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
