A plus with engraving, German date 1901. Nice brass colored glass metal sryinge. Come with needle and a glass tube. Sryinge has a making of logo on it. Case is unique with gold tone inside. Glass vail seem have no cracks, but missing top. Comes with three needles.

I haven't seen a gold tone case before so this a unique treat for collectors.

Sold as found means I didnt clean item. Noticed age, wear, used and dust or lite rust. Overall the is good for its age 100+ years old. Zoom in picture if you can for condition.
