Originally it had a very slight and mild sticky surface, this toy has been washed with soapy water and powdered with a secret formula that helps absorb the surface stickiness due to age. This shoes are still pliable and flexible! There are 3 complete pairs and the brown ones are mismatched I believe and there is only 1 orange shoe
