Shipping
- Orders will be shipped out from Monday to Friday a week (except holiday).
- Tracking numbers will be sent via email within two business days when the order was shipped. If you did not received a tracking number, first check your spam / junk folder on your email, if it is not there, please give us a call or send us an eBay message.
- For international order: your country's import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not include in the shipping fee. Please contact the shipping carrier and your local custom office regarding these fees.
Warranty & Exchange
- We offer a Limited Warranty to entire products to be free from defects in workmanship and material under a normal service conditions for a period of 90 days whichever occurs form the original date of purchase.
- The warranty is not transferable, is valid to original purchaser, and limited to the replacement of defective product only.
- This Limited Warranty does not cover labor, damaged from accidents, alterations, misuse or modifications not intended by the manufacture, and other expenses such as towing loading fluids, oils or car rentals.
- No exchanges will be made for any product that has been damaged, misused or improper installed. We always recommend professional installation of our products.
- The buyer assumes risk of damage caused by improper installation.
Return Policy
- To return an item, you must email us first and get approval to send the item back. Item must be in the original box, all items in the box. There will be 20% restocking fee for all items returned that are not defective. You may return an item you are not satisfied within 14 days and receive a refund minus shipping. Defective items have a 45 days grace period for refund or exchange, after then, you must pay to ship to us, no refund, exchange only.
