Up for sale is a sealed Neewer Z1-N round-head TTL rechargeable flash for Nikon which comes in a box that has minor cosmetic wear to the edges and corners.  I opened up another flash unit that also had a dinged up box and there is quite a bit of foam padding around the edges so there shouldn't be any issues whatsoever with the flash itself.  Please be sure to fully enlarge the provided photos, and feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
