SHIPPING: I ship USPS Ground Advantage. I ship next day, but sometimes same day. Tracking is automatically uploaded. My shipping fee is included in my final price. I guarantee insurance to protect your purchase. However, when tracking indicates “delivered” I am not responsible for the loss or mishandling through USPS. You will need to contact your local post office.
FEEDBACK: Feedback rating is important, but customer satisfaction is most important to me. There is always a solution to a problem in my store but not if I am not given the opportunity. Feedback rating (positive, neutral, or negative) is left for the service provided; accurate description, shipping cost, shipping speed (delay in shipping is out of my hands after I personally drop it off at the post office) and communication.
