A: If an item is marked out of stock it may take us 4-6 weeks to restock depending on the item. We try to work in batches to keep pricing fair. 





Q: Can you customize an item?


A: Unfortunately most items are not built to order. Customizing the material, design etc. can easily double the cost. 





Q: Can I preorder an out of stock item?


A:  Unfortunately we do not accept preorders.





Q: When will I receive my order?


A: Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement. Our carriers pick up packages at our shop daily around 9am-10am EST. We work hard to get most orders that are placed the night before processed by the next morning. You can find tracking information in your email.





Q: Can I purchase this item in a custom color or raw?


A: We are sorry, at this time we do not offer custom colors or a raw finish unless it is specifically listed as an option on that item.





Q: I ordered a CAT Adapter and my fuel system wont prime. What do I do?


A: Our adapters are designed for maximum flow to prevent fuel starvation. This means the drain back valve (AKA ball & spring) must be removed from the OEM filter housing.

A: Yes, youre covered! All of our parts are warrantied against flaws in workmanship. We take pride in our products and manufacture them to the highest quality standards. Please contact us for specific warranty details relating to your item of interest.

Shipping:
 Most items are shipped within one business day. This applies to all shipping services. If we are sold out of an item we will notify you within 3 business days. All delivery times are estimates, we do not guarantee any estimated delivery date shown on our website. Shipping surcharges may apply to anyone located outside of the continental United States. International customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are to be paid in full by the buyer/purchaser.





Returns:
 A 30 day return period is available on all items. Items must be returned in original packaging and in unused, resellable condition. 
We withhold the right to charge a restocking fee
 on all returns up to any amount. This restocking fee is used to cover outgoing shipping and handling costs. In the case of an item being returned in used or damaged condition we withhold the right to refuse the return or increase the restocking fee as applicable on a case by case scenario. In the event the wrong item is returned (i.e. an item from another vender) we withhold the right to refuse the return and/or credit of any funds.





Warranties:
 If an item has a manufacturing defect please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you! In the case of an item failing please contact us for support. Warranties vary by item. We withhold the right to refuse warranties in the case of neglect, misuse, acts of god, extreme weather and factors out of our control. It is the buyer and/or user's responsibility to use the product(s) in the manner they were designed for. We withhold the right to review all warranties on a case by case basis in which we may grant or decline warranty. We do not imply a warranty on all items. Some items might be sold without a warranty whatsoever. Additionally we may require vehicle data at the time of warranty filing such as a full VIN number, vehicle year, make, mileage etc.

General Liability Statement:
 Adding performance products to any vehicle can alter horsepower, handling, shifting and other aspects experienced when driving. We shall not be held liable for accidents when operating an altered vehicle.

All parts are to be installed by a professionally trained mechanic. We shall not be held liable for poor installation workmanship or faulty installation. We shall not be held liable for accidents occurring during installation. Furthermore we shall not be held liable for accidents occurring due to poor workmanship.




When increasing the performance of an engine the lifespan of that engine may decrease or undertake excessive stress causing premature failure. We shall not be held liable for engine failures or accidents regarding engine failures due to increased performance. It is solely the owner and/or operator who shall take responsibility for increasing the performance of their vehicle. They shall have an understanding of how increasing the performance may push certain engineering aspects to the limit on that vehicle and/or engine. Examples of these weak points are, but are not limited to: U-Joints, Axles, Transmissions, Connecting Rods, Head Gaskets.





Arbitration Agreement:
 Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of products or services offered, sold or distributed by KB Diesel Performance will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. We each agree that any disputes will be filed only on an individual basis and not as a class filing.





Privacy Policy:
 We collect information from you when you place an order with us. This information is data such as your name, address, phone number, credit card info etc. 
We do not, and will not sell your information.
 Your information may be available to those who we do business with on an as needed basis. For example: If your credit card is processed by a payment processor they will have access to your information. In another example: If one of our vendors drop ships a package to you, they will have access to your name and address. We take your privacy seriously and do not share any information with anyone unless it is needed to conduct business.
