Antique Edwardian English Sheffield pierced silver plated fruit/cake basket with swing handle, attractive good-sized oval bun feet and art nouveau detail to the top of handle.

Dates exactly to 1902.

Condition: The silver plate is in good, intact condition to the exterior of the body. Wear to the silver plate to the entire base inside, a little to the rim and to the detail at the top of the handle. Some light marks to the bottom inside also. No dings, dents, bends or pitting. The handle stays firmly upright and folds down with ease for storage. All aspects are sound and secure. It has been cleaned and hand polished and is ready to use.
