1 Positioning 
First, flip the fixture, put the knife into the fixture, put on the positioning & angle holder (hereinafter referred to as: positioning holder), clamp the knife as close as possible to the tip of the knife, and make sure that the knife edge is exposed to the positioning holder, and finally tighten the screws. 
① Only when the fixture is close to the tip of the knife can you make sure that the angle of sharpening for the “curved edge” is close to the angle of sharpening for the “whole knife”. 
② The knife edge, if it is blocked by the “positioning holder”, can rub on the fixture or even scratch the knife. The blade, if blocked by the “Positioning Stand”, will grind into the jig and even scratch the stone. ③The screws must be tightened, otherwise the fixture loosening in the middle will affect the sharpening angle 2 Measuring the Angle 
First, put the level of your cell phone on the “Angle Holder”, loosen the angle adjusting screws on both sides, and adjust the angle to 20°. Finally, test the angle to see if it is appropriate, first scribe the line to see where the sharpening position is.
