Precautions

1. You must be quick when welding the motor leads, otherwise the high temperature will damage the motor.

2. When there is large air flow through the pump, the noise is louder. Do not block the inlet and outlet of the air pump to avoid affecting the life of the motor.

3. The gas pump cannot work in flammable and explosive gas without any treatment; when pumping harmful gas, the buyer must re-seal the entire pump to ensure life safety. If it is used for explosion protection, the voltage should be as low as possible, and current overload protection should be added.

4. Foreign matter must not fall into the air nozzle, otherwise the micro pump will be damaged! The connection of pumping and exhaust ports should be correct, otherwise the micropump will work abnormally or be damaged.

5. It cannot be used to extract oily fume gas samples, if it is necessary to extract. It is best to clean the diaphragm of the pump in time after filtering or pumping.

6. When a large amount of dust-containing gas is extracted, it is best to add a filter at the front of the air inlet. So as not to cause the vacuum degree and pumping rate to drop. If it has fallen, you can disassemble the upper cover and middle cover (air chamber part) by yourself, do not move other parts of the pump, wipe the air chamber diaphragm with alcohol cotton, and reinstall it.
