This dress is so GORGEOUS! Exquisite hand beading and sequins.

The belt is 27" long with 2 snaps. If you need a longer belt, this could easily be altered/extended as it's made from fabric/beads/sequins/snaps. The belt does not stretch and is at maximum on my dress form.
When unbelted, the dress has a relaxed A-line fit through the waist and hips and flows down to a very skirty beaded hemline.
The beading & sequins are beautiful. It is weighty. The hemline flares/skirts out 43".
For fit reference my dress form is a size small and 34B-27--36, 14" across the shoulders, 13" neck and is 70" from top of neck block to the floor.
As you can see, this dress fits like a dream throughout and including the neck.
