This is a Seiko Swarovski Melody in Motion Wall Clock QXM382BRH with Video Tested. It is a beautiful moving clock and this style of city landscape is rare. It plays a melody on the hour. There is also an off feature. You can control the music choice and volume. It is about 17" tall. It requires 4 C batteries (not included). There are some scuffs around the rim and on the back.
