This is one of the larger plaques made by Orchard Studio in British Columbia, Canada. It measures 18 inches by 16 inches. It represents the Thunderbird, a supernatural being revered by several First Nations groups along the Pacific coast. It has a few scuff marks and minor scratches on the surface that don't really detract from the overall appearance. The aluminum is apparently affixed to a piece of fiberboard. There's some water damage in the corner of the fiberboard on the back (see photo) but overall, the piece is in good vintage condition. This is an estate sale find that needs a new home.
