Terms & Conditions of Sale

 

We try to list items as accurately as possible with description and pictures. All items are fully examined, looked over and tested before listing. Some items may have a cosmetic blemishes such as scratches & discoloring ect.. Some pictures of items may only be an example if multiple items of the same thing is available. If you have any questions about an item that is listed or about shipping please contact us before purchasing.

 

Shipping:

 

We ship UPS, and Freight shipping as needed.

If payment has been made for an item and the shipping is incorrect, the order will need to be cancelled, relisted and repurchased.   

Items are usually shipped within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

You will receive tracking information through eBay within 24 hours.

Overnight/Next Day shipping is available. MUST SELECT NEXT DAY AIR AT TIME OF PAYMENT. Item must be paid for by 2 pm Eastern Time and you must select UPS NEXT DAY shipping at checkout.

Cut off for Overnight/Next Day Delivery is 2 pm. Eastern Time.

We will not ship international with a service that does not provide a tracking number.

Non payment of items will result in an unpaid item case. Please pay for items promptly to insure no delays in shipment.

 

Return Policy:

 

Please contact us through eBay before returning any item.

All refunds will be issued once we receive the returned item.

 

Warranty:

 

We sell industrial surplus on eBay. The only items with warranty are the ones that have it listed in the description. We do not guarantee manufacturers warranty on the items we list.
