DS18 offers FREE shipping for customers with a valid residential or commercial address within the Contiguous 48 United States (PO Boxes address may require an additional fee).

We try to ship all orders within 24 hours of approved payment, in some cases orders may take a little longer to ship. We are closed during the weekend and all major holidays.

Refurbished

All Refurbished DS18 products hold a 30-Day Warranty.

For all Certified Refurbished orders eBay includes a FREE 2-year Allstate warranty.

New or Refurbished Returns

For all regular refurbished or new items we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Shipping must be paid by the buyer and a restocking fee may be applied if item is returned in a materially different condition than it was shipped out. This includes the item, accessories, and packaging.

Certified Refurbished Returns

All certified refurbished products have a 30 day return policy and we will send a pre-paid shipping label for all returns.
