Vintage JDM CASIO Quartz Day / Date Divers 200m Wristwatch Ref: MD-710

This is a vintage diver watch, most likely to be from around 1990 and Casio's entry into the popular era of Divers watches which traditionally was dominated by Seiko in the 80's and 90's. Personally I think it's a good looking watch and perfect if you're looking for something retro under £100 but without the price tag of vintage Seiko's, which can go into 4 figures for certain models.

It is a quartz watch with a day-date display in English and Kanji and is noted for its "WATER RESIST 20BAR" rating, which indicates it can withstand water pressure up to 200 meters (tested when new). The watch has a silver case with a gold-tone rotating bezel and dial markers. It features a "Kajiki" or marlin logo on the rear of the case.

The MD-710 is  considered a good reliable vintage Casio timepiece. In the modern era, Casio more known for their digital watches.

The watch is fitted with an aftermarket black leather strap, while original models often came with a metal bracelet or a different style of band.

Please remember that all my watches are second hand. I try to provide value for money but although I clean everything, most items come with signs of every day wear. Please don't expect new condition unless specifically stated.

In the interest of fairness to all:   The condition is really good with just the lightest signs of daily wear. The crystal is free of scratches. Please look carefully at the images to satisfy yourself before committing, thanks.

I post in the UK with Royal mail special delivery and eBay global shipping outside. Any import duties due to the buyer's country are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Royal Mail has ramped up their prices (3rd time in a year) so I'm afraid with eBay charging me 20% VAT I have had to raise my prices slightly, sorry
