Condition approximately GD: 1" spine splits at the top and bottom. The spine shows a lot of stressing and tears at both staples. There are a few creases on the cover and the top corner is cut off. The back cover has some small tears all around the edges and a little bit of writing in pencil. No smoke or mildew smell. Please see all photos.
