Fender Japan 1993-94 STS-65M (no251027)

Fender Japan STS-65M

This "STS-55M" model features a small-sized body and a short-scale neck.

The scale length is 305 (approximately 24 inches), the same as the Mustang and Jaguar, with a final 22 frets, a head-adjustable truss rod, and an ENDROX-G1 tremolo that can also be used as a locking tremolo.

The original Hot Rod-5S pickups are included, and controls include a pickup selector and master volume/tone.

There are numerous scratches and dents throughout the body, multiple dents with paint cracks on the body end, paint cracks on the neck heel, multiple dents and dents on the back of the neck, numerous dents on the tip of the headstock, paint peeling and blackening on the fingerboard and sides of the neck, a chip in the wood near the truss rod hole, tarnish and slight corrosion on the metal parts, and overall discoloration.

The frets have been filed down, with about 60% remaining, and there are no issues with the neck or truss rod.

The original case is not included, but an Epiphone softshell case is included.
