✦ First we handpick fresh rosehips and dandelions from rural Sussex, England (or use dried rosehips when out of season.) We blend them up, heat up a pot with five dried herbs, add ginger, lemon and turmeric - letting it all macerate overnight to infuse the goodness. Then it slow-cooks over a day, before we strain it several times through muslin, add Bulgarian raw wildflower honey and brandy to make the final 10% ABV mixture. It's absolutely deee-licious!
